An import factor in the success of human one-to-one tutoring is the tutor's ability to identify and respond to affective cues. However, current Intelligent Tutoring Systems model students solely on their possible for Computers to identify affective cues by analyzing images of learners' facial expressions. A new generation of Intelligent Tutoring Systems, Affective Tutoring System, is being developed at Massey University in New Zealand. An important component of this system is a facial expression analysis component that was implemented using a fuzzy approach. This fuzzy facial expression analysis approach and future directions are discussed in this paper.

The neoclassical growth model is tested by use of panel Data procedure in this research. In the econometric test, simoultanously time series and cross detection will be compared on the basis of panel Data method through which their observed points increase and consequently the estimation efficiency will be increased. The examination of neoclassical growth theory has been done with reference to external & internal factors of 52 selected countries from 1960 to 2000. The independent variable of model has been selected on the basis of the result of previous research which explains the result in three separate models: developed countries, developing countries, and whole countries. These factors are such as: Gross National Products with lag of period, work force age, growth rate, education level, the change of capital accumulation and economic trade volum. The consequences of this research is that: neoclassical growth model can explain the major part of economic growth of the countries with use of internal variables. Also with the use of panel procedure of fixed effect, we can see the fundamental differences and structure of the growth process for different countries; and show how the economic, and social conditions affect on the growth.

Along with the rapid development of information and communication technologies, a wide variety of Data and electronic documents has been the subject of forgery and distortion. In order to criminalizing of Cyber forgery, Article 6 of the Cyber Crimes Law established "attributable Data" as subject of Cyber forgery. Unlike traditional forgery, which the legislator determines writing, handwriting, document, signature, seal and stamped, as the subjects of crime But, the type and characteristics of Data in cyber forgery has not been determined in Article 6. This deficiency has created ambiguities in practice. The massive volume and variety of Data, on the one hand, and the ambiguity of the concept of "attributable Data", on the other, make it difficult to determine whether the Data is subject to crime of cyber forgery. In this article, we have tried to explain the characteristics of forged cyber documents and clarify ambiguities in this regard.

Aim and Background: Thermostable DNA polymerase enzyme has been taken much into consideration due to its application in PCR and molecular biology researches and it has doubled the importance of the study on the various thermostable DNA polymerase. The purpose of this study was to assay the function and efficient production of the cold Sensitive thermostable DNA polymerase and its quick and cheap purification.Material and Methods: After synthesis of the designed gene artificially, it was cloned into the pET28 vector and then was transferred into E.coli. IPTG was used as an inducer in the study of gene expression. Initial purification of the enzyme was performed by heat treatment at 72oC and precipitation of other insoluble proteins by centrifuge. The DNA synthesis activity of crude extract was compared with commercial enzyme.Result: Recombinant cold Sensitive and thermostable Taq DNA polymerase expressed in E.coli showed a significant advantage and more desirable functionality such as activity and thermostable compared to commercial enzyme.Conclusion: With regard to importance and application level of thermostable DNA polymerase in molecular biology, the production method used in this study is practical and cost effective. Additionally, the simplicity of producing method of this enzyme and its accuracy is a good reason for artificial and local production of highly pure cold Sensitive Taq DNA polymerase.

the Wireless body Area networks (WBANs) include a number of sensor nodes placed inside or on the human body to improve patient health and quality of life. Ensuring the transfer and receipt of Data in Sensitive Data is a very important issue. Routing algorithms should support a variety of service quality such as reliability and delay in sending and receiving Data. Loss of information or excessive Data delay can lead to loss of human life. A proper routing algorithm in WBAN networks provides an efficient route with minimum delay and higher reliability for Sensitive Data. In this context, a routing algorithm, as it is proposed, categorizes patient Data into Sensitive and non-Sensitive. Sensitive packets are transmitted to the destination through the shortest route to have less delay and non-Sensitive packets are transmitted from other routes. Simulation shows that the proposed algorithm performs better, in terms of the throughput than the DMQoS and RLQRP this superiority; as a result, decreases the latency of the end.
